What are Reef Pearls?

 Reef Pearls:

- are designed for filter and suspension feeders, including crustaceans, corals, tunicates and bivalves

- display neutral buoyancy, allowing for effective capture by live animals

- are high in protein and essential fatty acid content

- are suitable for usage in feeding timers, greatly reducing husbandry efforts

Available sizes:

   5  – 100 µm (mimics phytoplankton, protozoa)
100 – 300 µm (mimics large protozoa, rotifers)
300 – 800 µm (mimics rotifers, Artemia nauplii, crab zoea and other meiofauna)

Dosing:

The picture below shows an example setup which allows your fish and invertebrates to have prolonged access to Reef Pearls. We recommend to feed your animals at least 3-4 times a day.
